Conplore FAQs (en)

Anyone who would like to publish a guest article with us should take the following editorial guidelines into account:

1. Text languages: German or English (paid translation possible to increase reach, editing as a second article)

2. Minimum word count: 1000 words (recommendation for greater impact: 1,500-2,500 words)

3. Source references when using external sources in the text

4. No affiliate links or .php links in the article

5. Permitted: pure HTML links to trustworthy websites with legal notices and Conplore's own pages (number depending on the package booked)

6. Specify image rights: If images are submitted, include copyright notices or sources. (If no image is submitted, we will use images from free image databases.)

7. Image formats: png, jpg, jpeg, recommended minimum size (long side of the image: at least 1000 px)

Conplore guest articles come in various formats, primarily three:

1. Specialist article: Specialist article on a technical or industry topic (with author attribution)

2. Expert interview: Written expert interview on expert, specialist, and business topics (with author attribution)

3. News article: News article, press release, interview, or article with current relevance (with or without author attribution)

Once booked, we will include a short company or expert profile at the end of the article.

1. You send us a topic suggestion / cooperation proposal (e.g., article topic and desired link) and tell us which offer from the Conplore Shop you would like to book.

2. We review the request and either confirm or reject the order.

3. Once you have submitted all content and selected a service, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your content to be published.

4. You will then receive the link to your post and have the opportunity to provide feedback/approval.

5. If booked, social media posts and announcement posts will be made on business networks.

6. We check the successful listing of the post on Google via Search Console.

7. We send you an e-invoice-compliant invoice to the desired billing address.

8. You evaluate (voluntarily) our services for quality assurance purposes.

Not every topic is accepted by our Conplore editorial team as a guest article - we ensure that topics are legally compliant and non-discriminatory, and we pay attention to consumer protection. Topics that we reject include:

- Gambling/casinos/iGaming
- Adult/pornography/erotica
- CBD/drugs/alcohol/cigarettes...
- Legally questionable or discriminatory content
- Topic suggestions from individuals / companies / agencies without an imprint
