She’s lived and worked on both coasts of the USA as well as in Germany. She approaches life and work with integrity, honesty, compassion, and a desire to help others succeed.
Marion’s professional focus while working for global corporations has been on developing and managing brands to further increase a company’s brand awareness and perfect brand perception, resulting in higher brand equity and increased profits for the companies she worked for.
During the last 15+ years, she’s moved abroad multiple times, each time having to establish her own brand over and over again, and networking her way back to reach the new set goals of having a more successful career all while building a family. She managed departments, multi-million dollar budgets, a team of motivated professionals, and a family of four little girls.
